Johanna Parker Halloween Earrings

After paying extra for 4-day shipping, I received my order 15 days after placing it. Once arrived, the order form had one item crossed off saying “refund.” This is an odd way to communicate that one of the items I purchased wouldn’t be shipping to me. That should have been an email. However, I did not receive a refund for the $15 earrings; I received a $5 refund. I emailed the company and a week later utilized the contact form on their website and still have not heard back. While the earrings are cute and I’ve received compliments, I def discouraged this company because of the poor customer service.
