When I opened up the box, I realized that I had accidentally received a different set of bat earrings (still adorable)! I emailed and they sent me the correct earrings right away. They even let me keep the accidentally sent bats.

The pastel bats are just the right amount of spooky for everyday. I absolutely love them. It was excellent customer service and I can’t wait to order more earrings.
